01/16/2012 On Christmas night my Lab chased one of our horses and was kicked. Her jaw was broken. After being treated temporarily at an emergency vet and not eating for two days; I took her in to Pedley Square. Dr. Scott put a plate in her jaw. They started laser treatments immediately after surgery on the 28th. I brought her in on the 31st for a follow-up laser treatment. Her jaw was very swollen. After fifteen minutes under the laser, her jaw started to decrease swelling before my eyes. She went home and it kept getting smaller. She had five more treatments about two days apart. Her last treatment was January 10th and you cannot even tell she was injured. I have never seen such quick healing in a dog in all my years of being a pet owner. I think the Laser Treatment is a miracle.

(Moreno Valley Animal Clinic) Every staff member--including the veterinarians themselves--were very friendly and attentive, whether it was over the phone to make an appointment or in-person. To me, they all appear to really love animals, and showed real concern, especially when I recently brought in a very sick stray cat, which I've now fully adopted. The veterinarians are always very easy to talk to and understand, and show they actually care about my pets.
I've paid quite a bit of money at other animal clinics, and find that the prices here don't burn a hole in my wallet. I've never spent over $200.00 per visit, even with my stray cat that had numerous issues. I was surprised!
Most importantly of all, everyone here always treat my "babies" very well. They get their treatments and medicine, and have all recovered without any complications. My newest cat has made a complete turnaround in a little over a month, and is just recovering from getting neutered. He's such a trooper!
My only irk, if it can be considered one, is that the waiting room is a bit small, so it can get cramped in there on Saturdays. I went on a Friday morning and there weren't many people at all. When I was done with the check-up, I only saw one of the resident office cats lounging in there, which was super cute. :) Speaking of which, the resident office cats are always a big plus when I get to see them, they are all so sweet!
Though your experience may turn out completely different, I would still recommend at least checking this place out to see if they are right for you.
Zelany A. – 01/05/2012 The staff was super friendly (at Lincoln Plaza) and quick to get things started, the vet was informative and answered all our questions as well as addressed our concerns, Yankee(our dog) seemed to like her as well... All in all I think we'll keep bringing him to her.
Dr. Alice and her team are excellent in treating the furry members of any family. Each animal is lovingly treated as their own. I've been coming here for almost 15 years, since a friend recommended them for our new beagle puppy.
The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they make the difficult times a little bit easier because you know they care about the animals.
I dropped my beagle off today. Don't know if she'll ever be coming home. They have her comfortable and are keeping me informed as they run tests. No matter what the outcome, I know our little "beast" is in good hands.
Every vet should be 1/2 as good as Dr. Alice and the Lincoln Plaza Vet clinic.

This clinic genuinely cares about animals and aren't looking to steal your money. They operate partially on donations so they're able to provide low-cost veterinary services.
I've had one cat neutered, both cats microchipped and vaccinated at Pedley Square. The veterinary techs have always handled my cats with care. The clinic is often packed with animals so make sure your pet is protected in a carrier or securely restrained.
Pedley Square has always performed conventional exams so I can't vouch for their specialized or urgent care. If an emergency did occur during their business hours, I would trust them.
My cat Marcos was attacked by a dog he sat at (at another) vet hospital without care for 4 days while I tried to come up with the money and pledges for his care I was only able to pay for half up front they sent me on my way and charged me a boarding fee. I rushed him to Pedley Square vet after a neighbor of mine recommended them 15 minutes is all it took for them to take my info down and rush him into surgery they immediately took him back and worked with me they truly care about your pets here. =^..^=
I originally took our puppy to ( another) Vet for parvo. It was a horrible experience. They told me it would cost at least 1000.00 and rushed me into a decision by guilt. I left him there and decided to call around and when I talked to Lincoln Vet they told me the cost would be around 300.00 ( ended up being around there ) they helped me transfer our puppy from ( another) vet who charged me 200.00 dollars just for the 2 hours he was there and told me he was going to die because I was taking him to another vet, they cared more about the money than my dog and the fact that I simply couldn’t afford 1000.00 and he would die because of that and that they wouldn’t let me make payments. Lincoln Vet got my puppy better and took very good care of him and were so helpful. They are the only place I will take my dogs!
I was a VERY happy customer today on my first visit to Lincoln Plaza Vet Clinic....Dr. Alice was very kind, didn’t feel like I was being taken to the cleaners, charges are very reasonable.... Broken Tail and all.....and her Assistants were Great!!! I highly recommend this office!
Today, we had to make a very hard decision about one of our beloved pets. Dr. Alice was kind, compassionate and caring during the process and even cried with us. We have been going to her for over 20 years for all of our "babies" and we have never had a problem. She has taken care of our pets for everything from the very simple (vaccinations) to the very extreme (diabetes, cancer, etc.) and she has never faltered in her attitude once. Her prices are reasonable (especially for those on a tight budget) and she works hard to make sure our dogs and cats are her first priority. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and anyone reading this review.

Caring - When I need to take my animals for care, I take them here because that’s exactly what they get, CARE. The staff is very animal oriented and takes the time to get to know your pet while they are treating them. The prices are affordable and you can be sure your pets are in good hands.

I have taken many animals to this office and always gotten attentive professional care. When my dear dog needed a transfusion, one of the staff used their dog as a donor to give some blood to my pet. These people are there for me and my animals.
This is a vet I looked up from online, specifically here, and so far I'm happy I decided to take my cat to this clinic. Dr. Alice is nice, and the staff is great. They care about my little Oliver. I thank them greatly. Not only do I feel he's in safe hands, but they've educated me on cat care and kitten care. It helps.
I went to Dr. Alice in June to get my boxer spayed. My 9 year old son was scared and crying. Not only did Dr. Alice sit down with my son and explain everything; her office staff also comforted him, and called (him) to update every couple hours until we could pick her up. When we got there, our boxer was happy, looked pain free and was ready to go home. Everything healed great no problems or complications. Price was reasonable. Our office wait for drop off and pick up were also reasonable. Don’t know about you, but I don’t want to have to wait for an hour with my pet at a vets office, and believe me I have at other Vets. Now my other dog is urinating blood so I will take her in tomorrow. I will post how that experience goes. I must say so far, so good. I know the difference between pets and children but just like my kids, I don’t want just any Dr. to treat them.
Ms. R. - 07/26/2010 My dog is doing much better. It is a bladder infection. Dr. Alices' office was able to get me in right away. Dr. Alice gave a complete exam. She said she felt confident that it was a bladder infection that she felt blood work was unnecessary unless I felt she (my dog) needed it (for other reasons). My dog was given a pain and antibiotic injection to get her started and sent home with more antibiotics and eye drops(unrelated to bladder infection). Within hours she was showing signs of feeling better and going potty and playing like normal. Thank you Dr. Alice!

Fantasitic Vet! All their staff love animals. Have been taking my animals (to Pedley Square) for a couple years. My german shepard Boris hurt his leg and tore out his ACL (knee ligaments. They did surgery and put in pins etc. He his good as new and runs like the wind. He loved everyone there and licked them good bye. This is the best vet group I have ever used and I have been taking animals to vets for 20 plus years. Prices are in line with other places.

I have been bringing my cats here (Lincoln Plaza) since I moved to Riverside in 2004. They almost always have you in the exam room on time or earlier than your appt time. They are all super nice and it's the type of place where most customers are regulars and the staff get to know their customers and patients on a more personal level. I do a once a year checkup (full exam, prescriptions, and shots) and it's about $150 for all 3 cats. I think they do a cheap walk-in shot clinic on the weekends that charges just for the shot itself and you don't have to pay an office visit fee.
Loved it I took my 2 puppies to be spayed and neutered. I figured they were going to be completely out of it acting all weird from the medicine and when we picked them up they were fine a little groggy but as soon as they saw me there booties were doing the classic Springer wag and they were giving kisses to the nurses. Also they gave us the option of having them tagged when they were still under and I thought it was a great idea to do it while they were out of it.
My family has been using (Dr. Alice) for more than 20 years. She is kind and sensitive to both the pets and their owners. She has cared for our pets from the most mundane issues (neutering and shots) to the most extreme (twisted intestines and kidney failure) with amazingly responsive service, excellent medical care and reasonable prices. The staff is always helpful and polite which seems to be an increasingly rare quality. I cannot recommend this doctor and her office enough.
I had the week from hell, my cat had been to the emergency clinic on Monday, back to his regular vet on Tuesday. No one could tell me what was wrong with him. I brought him to Pedley Square and they took a urinalysis on him and sent him home with antibiotics. He is on the road to recovery now because the vet here took the time to read his medical records which totally helped with diagnosis. "Something that his regular vet should have done" I am happy and so is Stewy. The staff here is really friendly and comforting. I am glad I changed Vets. I would recommend this vet to people who are serious about their animals.

We have been taking our animals to Pedley Square Vet Clinic since 1984 and have found everyone at the clinic to be extremely competent, compassionate, and the services are provided at a reasonable cost. Dr. Scott and his staff have gone above and beyond countless times to provide care and comfort for our pets. We would not hesitate to recommend PSVC to anyone needing veterinary care for their pets.
My dogs are treated like they are somebody at this vet. I love taking my dogs and meeting with the friendly staff. Other vets act like your dog is a number, there is no hands on care. Here I feel like my dogs matter and are given the best care. Thanks Pedley!
Dr. Scott's office has extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are very willing to answer any and all questions in a very friendly manner. They work you in no matter what is going on if t all possible. Very highly recommend this vet. They have also hired a new vet, Dr. Bellinger that is very highly recommended.
Dr. Alice is a Great vet! I recently got adopted a new kitten and had to get a physical and follow up shots for him. The vet and staff were great. They were really good with my cat and were reasonably priced. I've had problems with vets before and am so happy that I have found a good place that I trust to take good care of my "babies."

The staff here is phenomenal! With all the concerns of having my first puppy, the staff answered every question I had. Very courteous, plus reasonable pricing. I will continue to take my cute, brindle boxer to these amazing group of people.
We took our puppy to Lincoln Plaza 2 years ago with Parvo. All 3 puppies stayed together. They are all alive and healthy and I am not broke. What a joy! What lovely personal attention. I refer everyone here.

My family has been breeding Rottweilers for over 20 years. We have resided in Riverside for nealy a decade now and there are a lot of vets to choose from, yet only a handful we would recommend. This is one of the best vets in the area for tail docking puppies and immunizations! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. All the dogs tails turn our perfect - not too long and still a nub where it can wag without looking like a mistake!

Dr. Alice is the only Veterinarian I will trust my "kids" with....she is compassionate and very good with any animal. She gets down on the floor to make them feel at ease and to "bond" before she does any treatment. I have been going to her for at least ten years (wow how time flies!). Highly recommended!
Great Experience. I just took my dog there for some acupuncture, and the veterinarian Dr. Scott was so caring and nice to my dog. He was also very knowledgeable about the art of acupuncture and acupressure. While we were waiting, there were a couple of very sweet cats who were roaming around just looking for someone to pet them. I would definitely recommend this veterinary office.
Very compassionate vet and staff - This is the first vet that I would whole hearted recommend to my friends and family. Not only do they care about your animal; they also keep your needs in mind. My dogs and cat love going for a ride to the vet just to say hi!
I love this clinic. EVERYONE is so nice and caring for all animals. My dog DINA was attacked by 1 of my dogs and was very close to losing her life, i took her in the next day and they right away attended her. shes been there for about 1 week already, she still has lots of work to be done on her but its all well worth it. If you wouldve seen her in the beging you wouldve thought she wasn't gonna make it. and u see her now shes doing so much better, more and more improvement from her thanks to every one who works there, i highly recommend them to anyone. I recently took my puppy to Dr. Gaertner on 09/05/07 to be spayed and have some teeth pulled. The staff was extremely friendly and gentle to my dog and were very helpful to me. Dr. Gaertner's prices are extremely fair for the quality of work that she does. I am so happy to have found an affordable, quality vet and vet staff who love what they do and genuinely care about animals. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Dr. Gaertner and staff for all future checkups!

Caring staff: I have been going to this vet for the past 17 years and will continue going to this vet as long as I'm close by. The last dog I had we started taking her there when she was a little puppy and they were always awesome with her and very caring and friendly with us. a few months ago we had to put my girl to sleep after 17 years which was very hard. i just got a new puppy and live a little further away but i am going to make the drive so we know our new puppy will be cared for just the same.

Reliable and Honest Vet - I have English Bulldogs and Rottweilers. I have taken both breeds to this vet and have received excellent attention and care. Being a local to the area, there are a lot of vets to choose from, yet only a handful I would recommend. Reliable.
